Please note that due to clinical demands and the high volume of incoming WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and emails, we may not always be able to respond to your message immediately. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please allow up to 4 days for a response to all inquiries, whether made via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or voice messages
• For documents that need to be completed by the Clinical Psychologist (such as PMBs, insurance claims, Motivations, Medical Reports, etc.) – allow 2 – 4 weeks.
Appointment Scheduling Notice
We offer multiple options for scheduling an appointment: WhatsApp, email, or phone call. If you choose to call, please allow the phone to ring long enough so you can leave a voicemail. This will help us return your call and respond promptly.

URGENT IMPORT INFORMATION: Communication via these channels is strictly for appointment scheduling and confirmation purposes only. All other matters will be addressed during your therapeutic consultation time.
- Please be aware that once a suggested appointment date and timeslot have been provided, you must confirm the appointment within 24 hours to secure your booking. If we do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, your appointment slot may be offered to another patient due to high demand and a long waiting list.
- To ensure a smooth consultation process, each patient must contact their medical aid provider before attending a session with the Clinical Psychologist. This is to check if you qualify for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) and to determine the number of sessions remaining. If the PMB or medical aid coverage has been exhausted, the patient will be responsible for settling the account directly
- Therapy sessions are 50 minutes per session. It is advisable to schedule on average 9-12 consultations in advance to ensure continuity.
- IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, please do not wait for a response. Report to your nearest emergency department.
