WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND SELF ESTEEM?
Self-esteem is a way of thinking, feeling, and acting that implies that you accept, respect, trust, and believe in yourself. When you accept yourself, you can live comfortably with both your personal strengths and weaknesses without undue self-criticism. When you respect yourself, you acknowledge your own dignity and value as a unique human being
WHAT TO EXPECT ABOUT THE SEMINAR COURSE?
If you’ve ever struggled with feelings of loneliness, isolation, or not being enough—believing you’re unworthy, unlovable, or constantly anxious about rejection or abandonment—those emotions can hold you back from showing up as your true self and reaching your full potential. This course is designed to help you reconnect with who you are, rebuild your confidence, strengthen your relationships, and step into a more empowered version of yourself. Join us for engaging psychoeducational lessons on the topics listed. The sessions will also include interactive components, with the last 30 minutes dedicated to a Q&A, giving everyone a chance to dive deeper into the material and ask questions.
